Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Company: Infoblox SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description At Infoblox, every breakthrough begins with a bold “what if.” Senior Business Systems Analyst We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance Technology team in Bengaluru, India, reporting to Director, IT Product Owner. In this pivotal role, you will partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Fusion functional solutions across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and related Finance processes. You will translate business needs into functional solutions, support implementation and operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement across Finance Technology. Collaborating closely with Finance business owners, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Security, external partners, and other cross-functional teams, you will lead requirements, functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support for business-critical Finance workflows. Exposure to Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions is an added advantage. * Lead requirement-gathering sessions and document business processes, functional requirements, and solution options * Create, review, and maintain functional design documentation aligned with business needs and system capabilities * Configure Oracle Fusion components and perform end to end functional testing to validate functionality and data accuracy * Plan and support user acceptance testing, including test coordination, defect triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution tracking * Execute deployment and cutover activities, ensuring readiness for production releases * Review quarterly upgrade readiness documentation and perform regression testing for Oracle Fusion releases * Provide day-to-day application support, including incident resolution and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close support * Support Finance processes across P2P and R2R, including Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Cash Management and related financial operations * Collaborate with Finance business owners, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Security, external partners, and other cross-functional teams * Facilitate stakeholder meetings, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, stand-ups, and execution tracking * Identify process gaps and drive automation, standardization, scalability, and efficiency improvements * Support Finance transformation initiatives, including Oracle Fusion implementations, rollouts, integrations, security roles, and data governance * Maintain strong controls and documentation aligned with SOX, ITIL, security, and segregation-of-duties requirements * Research practical AI opportunities, including Oracle AI Agents, to improve Finance processes, automation, and decision-making + Ledger Configuration + Invoicing and Payments Configuration + Fixed Assets Configuration + Receivables Configuration + Workflow Rules in BPM in Oracle Fusion Cloud + Financial Reporting Configuration + AI Apps Implementation Workflow + Setup AI Apps + Create, Manage Chart of Accounts, Ledger, Legal Entities and Business Units + Cross-Validation Rules in General Ledger + Cash Management + Tax Configuration Workbook * Immerse in the Finance Technology landscape, Oracle Fusion support model, and core Finance process dependencies * Understand current integrations, reporting touchpoints, production support patterns, and active enhancement priorities * Build trusted relationships with Finance business users, IT teams, support teams, and delivery stakeholders * Start contributing independently to requirements, enhancements, support issues, and testing activities * Own a portfolio of Oracle Fusion Finance enhancements and support areas independently * Become a go-to BSA for one or more critical Finance process domains or end-to-end transaction flows * Improve delivery quality through stronger testing, documentation, optimization, automation, and release practices * Influence better controls, support practices, and stakeholder outcomes across the team * Be recognized as a senior functional contributor across Oracle Fusion Finance and connected enterprise application capabilities * Consistently shape solution direction, delivery quality, and platform maintainability for complex Finance initiatives * Drive measurable improvements in supportability, efficiency, automation, and user experience across assigned domains * Serve as a dependable technology partner for Finance transformation, production stability, and high-priority business outcomes Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Availability: Full time

* Demonstrated experience across the full systems lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support * Experience coordinating UAT, regression testing, defect management, and release readiness * Strong understanding of financial controls, access governance, and segregation of duties * Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline * Oracle Fusion Financials certification is preferred * Experience supporting global Finance teams and geographically distributed stakeholders * Experience with Oracle integrations, reporting, master data, security roles, and workflow automation * Exposure to Oracle EPM modules such as Financial Consolidation or Account Reconciliation is an added advantage * Experience with Agile delivery practices and cross-functional technology programs Be Rewarded — Benefits That Help You Grow, Thrive, Belong Key Skills: General Ledger, Configuration, UAT Salary: Not disclosed
