Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Source to Pay Company: Applicantz SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for a Senior Source to Pay (S2P) Analyst to support the transformation of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, procurement, invoicing, and payments. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Procure-to-Pay who enjoy driving process improvements, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work, once a week from Bangalore Office. Key Responsibilities * Support end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, including sourcing, purchasing, invoicing, and payments. * Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives. * Gather business requirements and support solution design, testing, deployment, and user adoption. * Analyze spend, invoice, and payment data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, FP&A, Treasury, and Technology teams to optimize financial processes. * Support data governance, compliance, audit readiness, QA, UAT, and change management activities. * Work with business users, engineers, vendors, and system integrators to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery. Minimum Qualifications * 0 years of experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations . * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams. * Hands-on experience supporting process improvements, transformation initiatives, or system implementations. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel . * Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. * Exposure to Ariba, Coupa, or Zip is an advantage. * Familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx, or AI-enabled tools for reporting and process improvement is preferred. * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field .
