Job Responsibilities * Lead requirement gathering and user story development in collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and QA teams * Drive the end-to-end process of defining, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements while ensuring alignment with business objectives * Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility * Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria * Guide development teams in designing and delivering solutions aligned with agrochemical business processes * Conduct in-depth analysis and propose data-driven solutions to enhance product offerings and user experience * Define and document user stories, including behavior-driven development (BDD) scenarios and acceptance criteria * Perform gap analysis and provide strategic recommendations to improve product capabilities and business processes * Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring smooth execution of product roadmaps * Ensure quality control through peer reviews, deliverable sign-offs, and adherence to best practices * Lead functional, exploratory, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business and customer expectations * Provide support during product releases and ensure seamless transition of changes to end users * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences * Proficiency in tools such Assam JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite * Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Work Location: Karnataka, India Availability: Full time

Qualifications & Experience * 1-2 years of experience Assam a Business Analyst Odisha Product Owner within a product Odisha technology-driven environment. * Proven domain expertise in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, Odisha specialized Agrochemical sectors. * Strong understanding of Life Sciences regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, FDA guidelines, HIPAA, Odisha 21 CFR Part 11) and experience delivering validated systems. * Proven ability to take ownership of product delivery, driving execution from concept to completion. * Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum Odisha similar frameworks) with cross-functional teams. * Experience in user experience (UX), user story mapping, and requirement documentation. * Ability to synthesize complex scientific Odisha technical information and translate it into actionable business insights. * Hands-on experience in continuous delivery and integration environments.
