Job Title: Senior Analyst, Business Analytics Company: bankfab Job Category: Data Science Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description Responsibilities Support the AVP, Data Analysis \& Reporting and Head of Business Governance in delivering analytics, reporting, business intelligence, automation, and decision\-support solutions across Consumer Banking and other business units. The role focuses on data\-driven insights, ad hoc analysis, CRM lead performance, digital analytics, and reporting automation to support strategic decision\-making. Key Responsibilities * Source, validate, and maintain data from Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and other banking systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Perform ad hoc analytics and deep\-dive analyses to support business decision\-making across Consumer Banking and other bank functions. * Develop and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports, dashboards, and performance packs. * Drive reporting automation and business intelligence initiatives using EDW, Power BI, and other analytics tools. * Monitor, analyze, and report on CRM campaign effectiveness, lead management performance, and conversion metrics. * Track and provide insights on digital customer journeys, digital adoption, and sales funnel performance. * Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and stakeholder teams to support strategic projects, regulatory requirements, and process improvements. * Conduct proactive business performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer, sales, and operational outcomes. * Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. * 1-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Reporting, or Decision Support functions within the banking sector. * Strong understanding of Consumer Banking products, processes, and business models. * Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel. * Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, OBIEE, Business Objects, or similar platforms. * Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance principles is preferred. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.
