Senior Analyst

Job Title: Senior Analyst Company: DP World SAP Module: SAP Web Dynpro Roles & Responsibilities: * Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reports, dashboards, and KPIs . * Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple sources. * Identify trends, risks, variances, and root causes and provide actionable recommendations. * Monitor HR analytics , including workforce, Saudization/NITAQAT, headcount, and turnover * metrics. * Support budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and cost monitoring . * Monitor project performance, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables . * Develop clear and professional PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations for * management. * Identify opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement, and data accuracy . * Collaborate with stakeholders to provide accurate and timely insights for decision-making. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related * field. * 2 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, reporting, HR * analytics, or a related field. * Experience in dashboard development, budgeting, financial analysis, and PMO reporting . * Experience in reporting automation and process improvement is preferred. * Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI . * Strong data analysis, reporting, visualization, and forecasting skills. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity . * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams. * Knowledge of Saudization/NITAQAT and Saudi labor regulations is preferred. * PMP/KPI certification is preferred. * Fluency in Arabic and English .
