Senior AI Engineer

Job Title: Senior AI Engineer Company: Dubai Insurance TPA Job Category: Machine Learning Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking a hands\-on Senior AI Engineer to develop, deploy, and maintain production\-ready machine learning and Generative AI solutions. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to translate real\-world challenges into scalable AI and data solutions that deliver measurable business value. Key Responsibilities * Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models. * Build Generative AI and LLM solutions, including RAG, document intelligence, and AI agents. * Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real\-time processing. * Deploy AI solutions using APIs, Docker, and cloud\-native platforms. * Develop dashboards and analytical products using Power BI. * Monitor production models and data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, demonstrate prototypes, and drive solution adoption. * Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and AI governance standards. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. * 8\+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or data engineering. * Strong experience with Python, SQL, machine learning frameworks, REST APIs, Docker, and Microsoft Azure. * Knowledge of tools such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Hugging Face, LangChain, Snowflake, Kubernetes, and Power BI. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, stakeholder\-management, and communication skills. * Experience in healthcare, insurance, consulting, or client\-facing technology delivery is preferred.
