About the Role This role is ideal for a highly skilled accounting professional who enjoys managing complex accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving continuous process improvements. As an individual contributor, you will take ownership of key accounting functions, support month end and year-end close activities, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide reliable financial information for business decision-making. * Prepare and record complex journal entries and maintain the accuracy of the general ledger. * Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. * Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies. * Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules. * Analyze financial results and explain significant variances. • Assist in tax reporting and statutory compliance. * Review accounting processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls. * Partner with various business functions to resolve accounting issues and support operational initiatives. * Participate in system enhancements, process automation, and finance transformation projects. * Perform ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as assigned.
