Roles & Responsibilities:
Role \& responsibilities
* Operation and maintenance of 110 KV MRSS and associated electrical equipment.
* Operation maintenance of roto packers, conveyors and truck loading system electrical equipment.
* Operation and maintenance of HT/LT motors, transformers, schneider LTMR MCC, PCCs and distribution panels.
* Monitor and maintain power transformers, circuit breakers, isolators, CTs, PTs, lightning arresters and busbar systems.
* Operate and monitor protection relays, Micom numerical relays, transformer differential, ref, overcurrent and earth fault protection.
* Monitor grid parameters, power factor, maximum demand, energy consumption and load management.
* Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
* Maintain electrical safety records, inspection reports and equipment maintenance history.
* Knowledge in sap pm and mm modules
* Ensure safe switching operations, permit\-to\-work procedures, isolation and equipment restoration.
* Responsible for developing team competency, building a second line and ensuring effective team management.
* Responsible for maintaining proper section housekeeping and 5s practices.
