Scrum Master

Job Title: Scrum Master Company: NTT DATA Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: \#\#\# Role Summary The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, Architects, and other stakeholders to enable predictable and high\-quality delivery. \#\#\# Key Responsibilities * Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including: * Daily Stand\-ups * Sprint Planning * Backlog Refinement * Sprint Reviews / Demos * Sprint Retrospectives * Support the Product Owner and team in maintaining a healthy, prioritized, and actionable backlog. * Help the team define realistic sprint goals and commitments based on capacity and dependencies. * Track sprint progress, delivery commitments, blockers, risks, and dependencies. * Identify and remove impediments that affect team productivity or delivery. * Promote Agile best practices and help the team continuously improve its ways of working. * Coach team members on Scrum principles, Agile practices, ownership, collaboration, and self\-organization. * Monitor delivery metrics such as: * Velocity * Burndown / Burnup * Sprint predictability * Carryover * Defect trends * Cycle time * Support release planning and coordination across development, QA, business, and deployment teams. * Facilitate dependency management across multiple teams, applications, and workstreams. * Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, QA leads, and Technical Leads to resolve delivery issues. * Ensure risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are identified and tracked. * Support resolution of team conflicts and encourage effective collaboration. * Ensure Agile ceremonies are focused, efficient, and outcome\-oriented. * Support continuous improvement actions identified during retrospectives. * Provide regular delivery status and metrics to project and program leadership. * Help ensure appropriate usage of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or equivalent Agile delivery platforms. * Strong experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery teams. * Strong understanding of: * Scrum * Agile principles * Sprint planning * Backlog management * Estimation * Retrospectives * Release planning * Experience working with cross\-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, architects, business analysts, and product owners. * Experience managing risks, dependencies, impediments, and delivery commitments. * Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder\-management skills. * Ability to coach teams and improve Agile maturity. * Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools. * Strong understanding of Agile delivery metrics and reporting. * Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.
