Competency required out 10 , Order management (\>7\), Inventory Management (\>7\), Integrations and design capability (\>6\), SQL/Reports/API calls (\>7\), Redwood (\>6\), Purchasing (\>7\), PDH (\>7\), Sourcing (\>5\),SSP (\>7\), Demand and Supply planning (\>5\),Costing (\>8\) 1. Experience in reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for supply chain performance and analytics 2. Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, BI reporting tools (OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ), and Excel\-based analytics. Have understanding of the API’s and how to call the same. Should have redwood implementation experience. SCM Functional Consultant. Strong hands\-on experience in Oracle SCM (Cloud), including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, , Supplier Management, Sourcing, Cost Management, Pricing, Accounting. 1. Very Strong Experience in end\-to\-end SCM ERP implementations, including requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and Go\-Live support. 1. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable ERP solutions 1. Knowledge of integration points between supply chain modules and other ERP modules such as Finance, HR,3rd Party products. 1. Ability to conduct workshops, end\-user training, and prepare functional documentation. Train the team and guide them . 1.
