SAP Transformation Readiness Consultant (Mining MNC, O2C)

Job Title: SAP Transformation Readiness Consultant (Mining MNC, O2C) Company: Adecco SAP Module: SAP BASIS Roles & Responsibilities: * Adecco is partnering with a Mining MNC to look for a SAP Transformation Readiness Consultant (Mining MNC, O2C). * Responsible for coordinating SAP S/4HANA business readiness, testing, training, cutover and hypercare activities , ensuring SMEs and stakeholders are aligned and deployment milestones are delivered successfully. * The role will start out as a contract * A degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or a related discipline . * Experience working in large, matrixed organisations or operational environments . * Strong project coordination / project management experience. * Experience working with SAP , ideally within an ERP transformation or implementation environment. * Understanding of Deal-to-Contract and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. * Experience supporting ERP deployment, transformation, business readiness or change programmes . * Experience coordinating multiple SMEs, business users and site-based stakeholders . * Strong planning, scheduling, tracking and dependency management skills. * Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to follow up and escalate issues when required. Job Description * Coordinate and track business readiness activities across SMEs and regional/site teams. * Develop and maintain activity plans, task trackers and schedules for readiness deliverables. * Coordinate between SMEs, Product Group Readiness Leads and local site representatives. * Support the mobilisation and scheduling of SMEs for testing, training and deployment activities. * Coordinate logistics such as meeting arrangements, technology requirements and travel where required. * Ensure local site requirements, constraints and dependencies are considered in planning. * Support pre-cutover, cutover, post-cutover and hypercare activities . * Monitor progress, identify risks, issues and dependencies, and escalate them appropriately. * Ensure readiness deliverables are completed to the required quality and timeline.
