SAP Trainer

This SAP Trainer role at PUMO Technovation India, spanning Tirupati, Chennai, and Bengaluru, focuses on delivering practical, hands-on SAP FICO training rather than purely theoretical instruction. You will deliver both classroom and online training sessions, incorporating practical exercises that give students genuine system exposure covering GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost and Profit Center configuration. Preparing training materials from scratch is a core responsibility. Conducting assessments gauges student progress and readiness before they move toward job placement. Supporting student placements extends this role beyond pure teaching into genuine career outcome responsibility.

Candidates need 1-3 years of experience with strong, practical SAP FICO knowledge covering GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost/Profit Center configuration. Comfort delivering both classroom and online sessions is required. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential. Experience designing assessments and structuring practical exercises is expected. Any Graduate qualification is accepted. A passion for teaching is highly valued.
