Job Title: SAP TM Trainer (SAP Transportation Management) Company: TRIDENT ACADEMY SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Title: SAP TM Trainer (SAP Transportation Management) Key Responsibilities * Deliver comprehensive training on SAP TM concepts, functionalities, and business processes. * Explain SAP TM architecture and end-to-end transportation management processes. * Train learners on transportation requirements, freight units, freight orders, and freight bookings. * Provide training on transportation planning, optimization, and scheduling. * Explain carrier selection, transportation tendering, and freight procurement processes. * Train learners on freight charge calculation, rate management, and freight settlement. * Cover transportation execution, tracking, event management, and shipment monitoring. * Explain master data configuration, transportation lanes, locations, and business partners. * Provide training on SAP TM integration with SAP EWM, SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP S/4HANA. * Introduce learners to order-based transportation planning and delivery-based transportation processes. * Explain SAP TM configuration, transportation planning profiles, and relevant business settings. * Prepare training materials, presentations, practical exercises, and assessments. * Guide learners through implementation scenarios, case studies, and real-time projects. * Evaluate learner performance and provide technical guidance. * Previous experience as an SAP TM Consultant, Transportation Management Consultant, or SAP TM Trainer. * Experience in SAP TM implementation, configuration, rollout, or support projects. * Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management. * Knowledge of freight forwarding, carrier management, and logistics execution. * Experience working in logistics, manufacturing, retail, or supply chain industries. * Previous experience delivering classroom, corporate, or online training. * Relevant SAP certifications are an added advantage. Location: Tamil Nadu, India (Chennai / Coimbatore / Madurai, as applicable) Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Experience: 2 years of relevant SAP TM experience Work Mode: Remote (based on requirement) Required Skills and Qualifications * Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM (Transportation Management). * Good understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain management. * Knowledge of freight units, freight orders, freight bookings, and transportation requirements. * Experience with transportation planning, scheduling, and optimization. * Understanding of freight procurement, charge calculation, and settlement. * Knowledge of transportation master data and configuration. * Familiarity with SAP ECC-integrated TM and/or SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management. * Understanding of integration with SAP SD, MM, EWM, and other relevant modules. * Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills. * Ability to explain functional concepts clearly to beginners and experienced professionals.
