Your role Key Roles \& Responsibilities * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into SAP TM solutions that align with business objectives and supply chain processes. * Lead and facilitate functional workshops, process design sessions, and solution discussions, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for SAP Transportation Management and logistics transformation initiatives. * Design, validate, and maintain end\-to\-end business process maps, ensuring seamless integration across transportation, warehouse management, procurement, and order fulfilment processes. * Configure SAP TM solutions, prepare functional specifications, perform unit testing, support system integration testing (SIT), execute test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. * Develop and maintain project documentation, including process design documents, functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and knowledge transfer materials to support successful project delivery. * Provide strategic and functional inputs to program and stream leadership, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, process improvement opportunities, and recommendations for solution optimisation. Your profile Required Skills \& Experience * 10\+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain and SAP consulting. * Strong hands\-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM), including multiple end\-to\-end greenfield implementations and transportation automation solutions. * Experience working as a functional lead, senior consultant, or solution advisor in complex transformation programs. * Strong understanding of end\-to\-end supply chain processes and logistics operations. * Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project execution. * Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, and communication skills. * Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
