Job Title: SAP SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Roles & Responsibilities:
WE ARE HIRING | SAP SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Working knowledge of SAP PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management) and MM (Materials Management) modules.
Handle day-to-day SAP user support activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve daily SAP issues faced by end users.
Define and improve business processes related to SAP operations.
Prepare and maintain user manuals, process documentation and SAP user guides.Coordinate with users to ensure smooth SAP operations.
Required Skills:1-2 years of experience working in an SAP environment.
Knowledge of SAP PP, QM and MM modules.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and user-support skills.
Automobile industry experience will be an added advantage.
