SAP SD/OM Consultant

Peoplelogic Business Solutions is hiring an experienced SAP SD/OM Consultant to support enterprise-level SAP Sales and Distribution operations across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support projects. The role involves configuring and optimizing SAP SD business processes including sales order management, billing, pricing, shipping, delivery processing, customer master management, and Order-to-Cash workflows. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams including MM, FI, PP, WM, and ABAP to ensure seamless business integration and automation. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, process optimization, testing, deployment, end-user training, documentation preparation, and post-go-live support. The position also focuses on improving business efficiency through SAP best practices, statutory compliance, and scalable digital transformation strategies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Order Management, SAP SD Pricing, EDI Interfaces, Data Migration, Manufacturing Domain along with hands-on experience in SAP SD implementation and support projects within ECC or S/4HANA environments. Candidates must have deep understanding of OTC processes, pricing procedures, billing cycles, shipping, master data management, integration methodologies, and SAP functional configuration. Experience in business process analysis, user training, debugging coordination, IDOC/EDI integration, data migration, testing cycles, and documentation is highly preferred. Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work in Agile or global delivery environments are essential for this role. Knowledge of GST compliance, localization requirements, and SAP Activate methodologies will be considered an added advantage.
