Job Title: SAP SD/O2C Manager Company: Next Ventures Job Category: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced SAP Order\-to\-Cash (O2C) Manager to join a leading consultancy, supporting clients through complex SAP transformation programmes and end\-to\-end business process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP professional with strong expertise in Order\-to\-Cash processes, SAP S/4HANA and client delivery. The successful candidate will lead O2C workstreams, manage client relationships, oversee functional delivery teams and support the design and implementation of scalable SAP solutions. Working with senior stakeholders and cross\-functional teams, you will help clients optimise their order management, pricing, billing, credit management and financial integration processes, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and SAP best practices. Key Responsibilities * O2C Leadership: Lead the design, delivery and optimisation of end\-to\-end Order\-to\-Cash processes across SAP implementation and transformation programmes. * SAP S/4HANA Delivery: Oversee SAP O2C solutions across S/4HANA implementations, system conversions, rollouts and process improvement initiatives. * Solution Design: Lead functional design activities covering sales order management, pricing, delivery processing, shipping, billing, returns, credit management and accounts receivable integration. * Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on SAP O2C capabilities, business process optimisation and transformation strategy. * Workstream Management: Manage O2C workstreams, including project planning, resource allocation, deliverables, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones. * Significant experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on Order\-to\-Cash processes and SAP SD. * Proven experience leading SAP O2C workstreams or functional teams within complex SAP implementation or transformation programmes. * Strong hands\-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution, including order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing and customer returns.
