SAP SD/MM Analyst

This SAP SD/MM Analyst role at Pure Storage involves designing and optimizing robust Order-to-Fulfillment (OTC) and supply chain solutions that power global commercial operations. You will translate business requirements into high-quality functional and technical specifications for SAP OTC, SD, and MM solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with industry standards. Daily responsibilities include leading configuration and integration mapping across SD, MM, IM, and FI modules including critical touchpoints with Customer Service (CS) and Service Management (SM). You will implement cutting-edge supply chain planning and optimization solutions, leveraging analytics dashboards (SAC) and Demand Planning frameworks, and drive advanced root-cause analysis to resolve complex issues within SAP systems.

The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of professional hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules with deep knowledge of inventory management and order-to-cash workflows. Strong technical proficiency in managing integration points with SAP FI, CS, or SM is required. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
