Role \& responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Lead SAP SD solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities.
* Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
* Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
+ Order\-to\-Cash (O2C)
+ Sales Order Processing
+ Pricing
+ Billing
+ Shipping and Transportation
+ Credit Management
+ Returns Management
+ Output Management
* Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
* Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, WM/EWM, PP, and TM modules.
* Drive workshops, fit\-gap analysis, and business process mapping sessions.
* Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
* Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Integration, and business teams.
* Manage defect resolution, testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT), and production support.
* Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership to project teams.
* Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and governance standards.
