Key Responsibilities. Lead regional Warehousing & Inventory Management (WMS/IM) process design, validation, harmonization, and implementation as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation. Act as the regional SME for SAP WMS/EWM processes and drive alignment with global S/4HANA design and best practices. Conduct gap analysis, identify process standardization opportunities, and support business decision-making. Support testing, validation, defect management, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. Lead the Key User community, including training, capability building, change management, and adoption. Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Master Data, Finance, and other business functions.
