Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Service Management (PCE) Consultant Company: Vistateq Virtuosity India Private Limited Job Category: SAP PM Roles & Responsibilities: SAP S/4HANA Service Management (PCE) Consultant Role Summary You will design, configure and implement S/4HANA Service Management in the Private Edition (PCE). You will cover the full service lifecycle: Engage, Sell, Contract, Plan, Schedule, Execute, Invoice and Analyze. Key Responsibilities * Solution design: Map business requirements to standard S/4HANA Service capabilities. These include service orders, contracts, quotations, spare parts logistics, resource planning, billing and analytics. You will also support new PCE release features such as service team determination, advanced execution, Fiori apps and AI\-powered service intelligence. * PCE operating model: Work within the shared\-responsibility model with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. SAP handles infrastructure, backups and upgrades. You handle configuration, testing and process governance. * Contracts and billing: Configure service contracts, billing plans and recurring services. Enable resource\-related billing (RRB), time and material, and fixed\-price scenarios. Use contract templates and mass contract changes. * Planning and logistics: Set up workforce planning, scheduling and dispatching. Configure plant and storage location fields for multi\-plant scenarios. Integrate with procurement, inventory, shipping and maintenance orders. * Data migration and integration: Lead validation of service master data, contract data and open service orders using migration cockpit objects. Coordinate integration with CRM, FSM, CS, logistics and finance. * AI and analytics: Enable Joule summaries, service order insights and intelligent confirmations. Build service KPI dashboards. Help customers adopt new release enhancements. * Stakeholders: Run workshops, document processes, write functional specifications, work with logistics, finance, procurement and sales, and train end users. * 5\-12 years of SAP Service Management experience (CS / SM / S/4 Service) * Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Service (PCE) processes across the full lifecycle * Experience with service orders, service contracts, RRB, billing integration and logistics execution * Good understanding of the SAP PCE operating model and the cloud/private edition roles and responsibilities * Experience with Fiori apps, OData APIs and extensibility options * Knowledge of integration with PM, SD, MM, FI/CO and FSM Work Location: Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India Availability: Full time
