Basic Qualifications ------------------------ * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Typically 5+ years of SAP PP/DS implementation and configuration experience in manufacturing environments. * Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP/DS planning concepts, scheduling processes, and optimization capabilities. * Experience configuring PP/DS heuristics, planning runs, capacity planning, detailed scheduling, and planning parameters. * Experience supporting end-to-end SAP implementation and deployment programs. * Proven experience conducting Unit Testing, SIT, integration testing, and defect resolution activities. * Understanding of manufacturing planning, production execution, and supply chain planning processes. * Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively within global, offshore, and nearshore delivery models. Other Qualifications ------------------------ * SAP PP/DS certification preferred. * Experience with SAP IBP and IBP-PP/DS integration is highly desirable. * Knowledge of SAP PP, APO PP/DS, Manufacturing Execution, and Supply Chain Planning processes. * Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery frameworks. * Manufacturing industry experience in consumer products, industrial manufacturing, life sciences, automotive, or process industries is a plus. * Familiarity with advanced planning concepts, finite capacity scheduling, and constraint-based planning is advantageous. * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Experience supporting global template rollouts and multi-country deployment programs preferred.
