SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM Consultant

Job Title: SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM Consultant Company: Technoble Consulting Services Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM Consultant with 8\+ years of hands\-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to translate maintenance and asset\-management requirements into effective SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities * Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. * Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PM/EAM functional solutions. * Configure SAP PM/EAM processes including: oTechnical Objects oFunctional Locations oEquipment oEquipment BOMs oMaintenance Plans oMaintenance Items oTask Lists oMeasuring Points and Counters oNotifications oMaintenance Orders oPreventive and Corrective Maintenance oBreakdown Maintenance oRefurbishment Processes oCalibration Management * Configure and support maintenance strategies, packages, cycles, scheduling parameters, and preventive maintenance plans. * Design and implement maintenance notification and work\-order processes. * Configure order types, planning parameters, control keys, settlement rules, statuses, and costing\-related settings. * Work with SAP MM, FI/CO, PP, PS, SD, and other modules for end\-to\-end integration. * Support integration with procurement processes for maintenance spare parts and external services. * Configure and support capacity planning, maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource management. * Participate in data migration activities including technical objects, equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, and open orders. * Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms. * Work with technical teams on RICEFW developments, APIs, integrations, and custom enhancements. * Perform functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support UAT. * Analyze production issues, perform root\-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions. * Prepare configuration documents, functional specifications, test scripts, user manuals, and training materials. * Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users and maintenance teams. * Support SAP S/4HANA upgrades, enhancement packs, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Follow SAP best practices and recommend process improvements and standardization. * SAP S/4HANA EAM Experience The candidate should have strong knowledge of modern SAP S/4HANA Asset * Management/EAM capabilities, including: Asset Management master data Maintenance Management Preventive Maintenance Corrective Maintenance Reactive/Breakdown Maintenance Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Maintenance Order Management * Resource and Capacity Planning * Maintenance Execution * Mobile Asset Management * Fiori applications for maintenance * Maintenance Analytics and KPIs * Asset performance and lifecycle management * Integration with procurement, finance, controlling, and inventory processes * The candidate should have experience in one or more of the following: * SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM implementation * SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration * Greenfield implementation * Brownfield transformation * SAP PM/EAM rollout * Application maintenance and production support * Process optimization and business transformation * SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects Maintenance Orders Preventive Maintenance Equipment \& Functional Locations Maintenance Plans \& Task Lists SAP MM/FI/CO integration S/4HANA implementation/support experience Manager\-Recruitment Work Location: Chennai, India Availability: Full time

Integration Knowledge Strong integration experience with: SAP MM procurement, inventory, reservations, goods movements, external services SAP FI/CO cost centers, internal orders, settlement, actual/planned costs SAP PP production equipment and maintenance coordination SAP PS project\-related maintenance activities SAP SD customer/service\-related processes where applicable SAP QM inspection and quality\-related maintenance processes Project Experience Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline. * 8\+ years of SAP PM/EAM experience, with significant hands\-on configuration experience. * At least 2\+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM preferred. * Strong understanding of end\-to\-end maintenance processes. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder\-management skills. * Ability to work independently and in a global project environment.
