Job Title: SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant – Pharma Company: Achutha Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Shift:\* UK Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST) The consultant will support a global SAP transformation program for a US-based pharmaceutical client, working closely with business stakeholders, onsite architects, and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Lead SAP S/4HANA MM functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation activities. •⁠ ⁠Drive end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, configuration, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support. •⁠ ⁠Configure and support core MM processes, including procurement, purchasing, inventory management, vendor management, stock transfers, and material master data. •⁠ ⁠Implement and support batch management, batch traceability, and serialization-related processes. •⁠ ⁠Configure and manage subcontracting processes, including component procurement, inventory visibility, batch tracking, and quality integration. •⁠ ⁠Implement quota management and procurement controls for restricted materials. •⁠ ⁠Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and implementation documentation. •⁠ ⁠Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements. •⁠ ⁠At least one complete end-to-end SAP implementation in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory. •⁠ ⁠Expertise in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, material master data, and vendor management. •⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of batch management, batch traceability, and subcontracting processes. Experience: 0-2 years We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM Consultant with strong functional expertise in Materials Management and proven experience in pharmaceutical industry implementations. The ideal candidate must have completed at least one full end-to-end SAP implementation in the pharmaceutical domain and possess a strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, batch management, subcontracting, and integration with quality and manufacturing processes. Mandatory Skills and Qualifications •⁠ ⁠0-2 years of experience in SAP MM. •⁠ ⁠Understanding of controlled-substance handling and associated regulatory compliance requirements. •⁠ ⁠Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks and quality requirements, including GxP, FDA, and EMA. •⁠ ⁠Experience integrating SAP MM with PP, QM, SD, FI, and WM/EWM. Important Requirement \Candidates must have at least one complete end-to-end SAP implementation in the pharmaceutical industry.\* Candidates without relevant Pharma implementation experience should not be considered for this position.
