SAP S/4HANA HR Consultant - PA & OM - NV1 Clearance Required

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA HR Consultant with strong expertise in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM), alongside knowledge of integrations with SAP SuccessFactors. This four-month contract can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver SAP HR functional expertise and support integrated HR processes. A current NV1 security clearance is required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide functional expertise across SAP HR Personnel Administration and Organisational Management. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configuration. Support employee master data, organisational structures and the relationship between PA and OM. Work with integration teams to support data flows between SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors. Investigate functional and integration issues, working collaboratively to resolve them. Support testing, validation and documentation of SAP HR solutions. ABOUT YOU Proven SAP HR functional consulting experience within an S/4HANA environment. Strong hands-on knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM). Knowledge of integrations between SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactors, including employee and organisational data flows. Experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions and supporting testing. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders. Current NV1 security clearance.
