SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant

We are looking for a strong SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with 1215 years of experience and deep functional expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling. The candidate must have hands-on experience in 2–3 full-cycle S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.

Key Responsibilities. Lead/support SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations across blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions. Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, Product Costing, Margin Analysis and Treasury. Handle financial processes including month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting. Work with cross-functional teams for integration with other SAP modules. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents and testing documentation. Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing SAP FICO support. Mandatory Skills & Experience. 12–15 years of SAP FICO experience. 2–3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations – Mandatory. Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling. Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance and Controlling processes. Experience in business requirement gathering, configuration, testing and deployment. Good stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred. Experience working on complex/global SAP S/4HANA implementations. Strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules.
