Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Development Lead Company: 360 Global Solutions SAP Module: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Development Lead Job Description Key Responsibilities * Lead SAP S/4HANA development, enhancements, integrations, and technical delivery. * Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor development teams. * Drive performance optimization, code quality, and SAP development best practices. * Promote SAP BTP, Clean Core, automation, and AI-assisted development. * Collaborate with global business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams. * Support S/4HANA upgrades, transformation, and global rollout projects. * 8+ years of SAP development experience and 3+ years in a technical leadership role. * Strong expertise in ABAP, Modern ABAP (7.6+), ABAP OO, and ABAP on HANA. * Hands-on experience with CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, OData, SAP Gateway, and SAPUI5. * Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, integrations, performance tuning, and Clean Core principles. * Familiarity with SAP BTP and cloud-based development. * Experience in manufacturing or process industries. * Experience working with large multinational organizations and international teams. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
