SAP S/4HANA Change Analyst (People)

Support the implementation of HR and Payroll change management strategies aligned with ERP transformation goals. Conduct change impact assessments to identify workforce, role, and process changes while supporting targeted interventions. Coordinate stakeholder engagement and maintain communication materials, including FAQs, presentations, and intranet updates. Support the development and delivery of training programs, including material coordination, scheduling, and completion tracking. Execute business readiness assessments and manage change adoption metrics to ensure smooth go-live support. What You Need to Apply for This Role: 5+ years of experience as a Change Analyst supporting HR, Payroll, or SAP implementations (such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or S/4HANA). Solid understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's Change Model). Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, and resistance management.
