SAP S/4 Hana Test Engineer

Job Title: SAP S/4 Hana Test Engineer Company: Qentelli SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FI Test Engineer to support functional and end-to-end testing across SAP Financial Accounting processes. The resource will be responsible for test planning, test case development, execution, defect management, and ensuring quality across SAP S/4HANA FI implementations and enhancements. Key Responsibilities Develop test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution plans for SAP S/4HANA FI. Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing. Analyze business requirements and functional specifications and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios. Execute test cases and document results, defects, and test evidence. Validate end-to-end financial business processes. Identify, analyze, and track defects through resolution. Collaborate with SAP FI functional consultants, business users, developers, and integration teams. Support SIT, UAT, regression, and release validation activities. Perform financial data validation and reconciliation. Participate in defect triage and provide testing status, risks, and progress updates. Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and test results. Work Location: Hyderabad, India Availability: Full time

Required SAP FI Skills 5+ years of SAP testing experience with strong SAP FI testing experience. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance. Strong knowledge of: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Taxation Financial Closing Experience testing end-to-end financial processes. Strong experience in SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing. Experience with defect management tools such as Jira, ALM, or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation programs. Experience with SAP Fiori Finance applications. Knowledge of SAP data migration and financial reconciliation testing. Experience with SAP test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, or similar. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Understanding of month-end and year-end financial closing processes. Experience 0-3 years of relevant SAP testing experience, with strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA FI testing experience.
