SAP-RTR-Manager. EXP-10yr to 15 yr. Location:Bangalore ,Hyderabad. Responsibilities. Leading SAP Finance projects with a focus on Accounts Payable and Central Finance modules. Managing client relationships and providing strategic financial advice to enhance business processes. Overseeing financial reporting and compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards. Implementing financial transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Utilizing SAP FICO and SAP Reporting and Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making. Coordinating budgetary management and financial forecasting to support client objectives. Analyzing financial trends and providing insights for financial planning and risk management. Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills in financial management and SAP applications. Facilitating business process improvement through innovative solutions and embracing change. Presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. What You Must Have. At least a Bachelor's degree. At least 10 years of experience. Oral and written proficiency in English required. What Sets You Apart. Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems. At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments. Demonstrating proficiency in SAP FI and SAP FICO modules. Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting skills for strategic planning. Excelling in financial statement analysis and reporting.
