Job Title: SAP PS - Lead Consultant - L3 Company: NTT DATA Business Solutions Job Category: SAP PM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description Position: SAP PS Consultant The role involves solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, user training, go\-live support, and post\-production stabilization for SAP S/4HANA projects. Key Responsibilities * Lead and deliver SAP PS workstreams in S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and support projects. * Conduct business process workshops and gather customer requirements. * Configure and implement SAP PS functionalities including: * Project Structuring (WBS Elements, Networks, Activities) * Project Planning and Scheduling * Resource Planning * Costing and Budgeting * Revenue Planning \& Recognition * Project Settlement * Progress Tracking and Reporting * Implement and support Professional Services business processes, including: * Project Lifecycle Management * Time Recording and Effort Capture * Resource Management * Project Billing * Revenue Recognition * Service Delivery Tracking * Prepare Functional Specifications and collaborate with technical teams for WRICEF developments. * Support SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go\-Live, and Hypercare activities. * Work closely with project managers, business users, and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution. * Mentor junior consultants and provide best\-practice guidance. * Excellent client\-facing and stakeholder management skills. * Strong communication and presentation capabilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic consulting environment. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Self\-driven with the ability to work independently and lead workshops. Experience: 8\-10 Years Travel Requirement: Up to 50% Travel Across India and Overseas, Based on Project Needs Preferred Qualifications * Experience in consulting organizations, IT services, engineering services, or professional services industries. * Exposure to India localization requirements and global delivery models. * SAP PS Certification and S/4HANA certification preferred. * Experience in large transformation programs and multi\-country deployments will be an added advantage. Soft Skills Additional Requirements * Must be willing to travel extensively based on project requirements. * Flexible to work at customer locations across India. * Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
