Job Title: SAP Project Manager – FI Transformation Projects Company: Arise TechGlobal SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: SAP Project Manager – FI Transformation Projects About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager – FI Transformation Projects with 1-3 years of experience in SAP technologies, including at least 10 years specializing in SAP FICO. The ideal candidate will have significant project management experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and support, or experience as an SAP FICO Lead managing major development initiatives in collaboration with technical teams. The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling, knowledge of SAP integration technologies, and the ability to lead complex transformation projects while managing scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities * Lead SAP FI transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, support initiatives, and major development projects. * Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives. * Provide functional leadership across SAP Finance and Controlling modules in SAP S/4HANA. * Guide SAP interfacing teams on integration requirements involving SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI. * Coordinate integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems in collaboration with technical teams. * Ensure business processes are accurately mapped and effectively addressed within SAP solutions. * Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for SAP development activities. * Use SAP project management tools such as SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and Jira to track project progress, manage risks, and coordinate deliverables. * Ensure project execution aligns with SAP Activate methodology and established project management practices. * Apply appropriate delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum. * Manage changes to project scope, timelines, resources, and priorities effectively. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and integration teams to ensure successful project delivery. * 1-3 years of experience in SAP technologies. * 1-3 years of experience in SAP FICO. * At least 5 years of project management experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and support, or experience as an SAP FICO Lead involved in major development initiatives with technical teams. * Strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules in SAP S/4HANA. * Familiarity with SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI integration technologies. * Sound understanding of key business processes and their mapping within SAP systems. * Strong understanding of SDLC in the context of SAP development. * Proficiency in SAP project management tools such as SAP Solution Manager and Jira. * Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology. * Experience with SAP project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum. * Strong project planning, resource management, stakeholder coordination, and change management skills.
