Job Title: Sap Project Manager Company: Prolifics Corporation SAP Module: SAP BASIS Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description: SAP Project Manager S/4HANA Implementation We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with 0-2 years of experience in managing SAP implementation projects, particularly SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, experience in end-to-end implementation lifecycles, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver complex SAP projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, from planning and requirement gathering through go-live and post-implementation support. * Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation plans, and delivery milestones. * Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the implementation lifecycle. * Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams across modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and other relevant business functions. * Drive project activities across different implementation phases, including Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run, following SAP Activate methodology. * Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication with business leaders, clients, vendors, and implementation partners. * Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status reports to senior management. * Oversee system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, cutover planning, and go-live readiness. * Ensure effective management of project resources, deliverables, and dependencies across cross-functional teams. * Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation plans to minimize delays and cost overruns. * Lead project governance meetings, steering committee discussions, and executive-level status reviews. * Ensure successful transition to production support and stabilization during the hypercare phase. * Drive change management, business readiness, and user training activities to support successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA. * 10+ years of overall experience in SAP project delivery and project management, with substantial experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. * Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation from initiation through go-live. * Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, preferably SAP Activate. * Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, business processes, and integration across functional modules. * Experience in project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and governance. * Strong stakeholder management, client communication, and leadership skills. * Experience managing cross-functional teams comprising SAP functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, and business users. * Exposure to data migration, system integration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support. * Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets. * Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. * SAP S/4HANA Implementation Management * End-to-End Project Delivery * SAP Activate Methodology * Stakeholder and Client Management * Project Planning and Governance * Risk and Change Management * Data Migration, Testing and Cutover * Go-Live and Hypercare Management * Team Leadership and Resource Planning * Budget and Delivery Management Work Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai (All Areas), India Availability: Full time
