SAP Project Manager

Job Title: SAP Project Manager Company: Accenture Southeast Asia SAP Module: SAP BASIS Roles & Responsibilities: About The Role Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across diverse industries. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful business transformation outcomes that deliver measurable value to clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and executive leadership to shape transformation roadmaps, manage delivery risks, and oversee implementation excellence throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, from strategy and planning through deployment and hypercare support. - Manage project scope, timeline, budget, quality, resource planning, and governance to ensure successful delivery outcomes. - Drive program execution across multiple SAP workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Technology. - Establish effective stakeholder engagement and communication with client leadership, project sponsors, and delivery teams. - Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, issues, and change impacts while ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising functional consultants, technical architects, developers, testing teams, and change management professionals. - Monitor project performance through defined KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and governance forums, providing clear visibility to senior stakeholders. - Contribute to business development activities including opportunity shaping, solution planning, proposal development, and executive presentations. Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. - Experience leading SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs in a project or program management capacity. - Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream projects involving large stakeholder groups and geographically distributed teams. - Strong understanding of SAP delivery methodologies, project governance, risk management, budget management, and quality assurance practices. - Experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders and translating business requirements into delivery outcomes. - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment while maintaining delivery excellence. Preferred Qualifications- Experience leading SAP S/4HANA greenfield, brownfield, or selective data transition programs. - SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or related project management certifications. - Experience with SAP Cloud solutions, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP integration initiatives. - Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation, operating model redesign, digital transformation, and change management programs. - Prior consulting experience managing multiple client engagements and project portfolios.
