SAP Production Planning / Quality Management (PP/QM) Consultant

Job Summary. We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) within SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end implementation experience, deep manufacturing process knowledge, and strong cross-functional integration expertise across MM, SD, EWM, PM, CO, and MES systems.

Key Responsibilities. Gather business requirements and design SAP PP/QM solutions. Configure and support Production Planning processes including:. MRP / MRP Live. Production Orders. BOM. Routing. Work Centers. Capacity Planning. Batch Management. Configure Quality Management processes including:. Inspection Plans. MICs. Sampling Procedures. Quality Notifications. Results Recording. Usage Decision. Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities. Perform integration testing across multiple SAP modules. Support data migration, enhancements, and WRICEF development activities. Collaborate with business users and global stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
