Job Title: SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling Company: Neev Job Category: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/DS Specialist to manage, execute, and optimize end\-to\-end production planning and detailed scheduling procedures. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating demand, executing heuristics, managing pegging logic, and utilizing the PP/DS Optimizer to ensure efficient manufacturing schedules. Key Responsibilities \& Scope * Demand Management \& Evaluation: Oversee demand planning and evaluate supply chain production planning results within PP/DS. * Product \& Process Heuristics: Run product heuristics, product heuristics scheduling, process heuristics, and service heuristics to optimize production planning. * Pegging Management: Configure and manage dynamic and fixed pegging rules to maintain material flow alignment between demand and supply. * Firming \& Scheduling Operations: Manage order firming and perform operational scheduling using the Detailed Scheduling (DS) Planning Board. * Advanced Optimization: Plan and schedule production using DS strategies, heuristics, and the PP/DS Optimizer to minimize downtime and resolve bottlenecks. Experience Required: 0 years Key Technical \& Functional Requirements * PP/DS Expertise: 6\+ years of core hands\-on experience in SAP PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling). * Scheduling Tools: Proficiency with the DS Planning Board, DS strategies, and optimizer runs. * Pegging Mechanics: Strong knowledge of dynamic vs. fixed pegging setups and execution. * Heuristics Execution: Demonstrated expertise in running product, process, and service heuristics.
