SAP PPDS Consultant

Job Title: SAP PPDS Consultant Company: Sastrageek Solutions Pvt. Ltd Job Category: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/DS Consultant with strong hands\-on experience in Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling. The candidate should have experience in at least one end\-to\-end implementation project, along with exposure to support and enhancement projects. Key Responsibilities * Work on end\-to\-end SAP PP/DS implementation, support and enhancement projects. * Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP PP/DS solutions. * Work on production planning, detailed scheduling and capacity planning. * Handle PP/DS configuration based on business requirements. * Work with relevant master data, resources, planning procedures and production structures. * Support planning heuristics and scheduling\-related requirements. * Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment/go\-live and post\-go\-live support. * Troubleshoot functional and configuration\-related issues. * Coordinate with business users, technical teams and other SAP functional teams. * Prepare functional specifications and relevant project documentation where required. * Minimum 3\.5 years of relevant hands\-on SAP PP/DS experience. * At least one end\-to\-end SAP PP/DS implementation is mandatory. * Experience in support/enhancement projects preferred in addition to implementation experience. * Strong understanding of production planning and detailed scheduling. * Good knowledge of planning, scheduling, capacity planning and master data. * Strong functional/configuration experience. * Good analytical, problem\-solving and communication skills. Seniority: 3\.5–9 years for Consultant/Senior Consultant positions. Candidates with 9\+ years can be considered for Senior/Lead Consultant positions based on hands\-on functional expertise.
