• Contact SAP or other 3rd party vendors for resolving the issue
• Analyze, implement, and take overall responsibility for implementing normal emergency changes required for Incident resolution
• Responsible for functional testing (Unit Integration, and UAT) in systems
• Coordinate with the internal team, process teams, and business users
• Contribute to overall KM efforts
• ​​​​​​Planning - Configuration and Integration with, Procurement, Sales and Distribution, New strategy definition
