SAP PP Functional Consultant

Job Role: SAP PP Functional Consultant. Job Location: Vemagal, Bangalore. Work Mode: WFO. Working days: Monday to Saturday. Job Summary:. We are looking for an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and Manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Production Planning, MRP, Shop Floor Control, Production Orders, BOM, Routing, and end-to-end SAP PP implementations, rollouts, or support projects. Key Responsibilities. Analyze business requirements and design SAP PP solutions. Configure and support SAP PP business processes. Work on Production Planning, MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control. Configure and maintain BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, and Production Orders. Collaborate with business users to understand manufacturing requirements and provide functional solutions. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and AMS/support projects. Resolve production issues and provide post-go-live support. Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, QM, SD, EWM/WM, and FI/CO modules. Required Skills. Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP PP. Strong knowledge of:Production Planning. Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Shop Floor Control. Production Orders. Bill of Materials (BOM). Routing. Work Centers. Capacity Planning. Demand Management. Experience in SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of manufacturing business processes. Integration experience with SAP MM, QM, SD, EWM/WM, and FI/CO. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills. Experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud. Hands-on experience with LTMC or SAP Data Migration Cockpit. Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications. Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, implementation, rollout, and support projects. SAP PP Certification is an added advantage.
