SAP PP Consultant

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementations, configuration, integration, testing, go-live, and post-production support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design effective SAP solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations independently in a remote working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP PP ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions.Configure and support core SAP PP processes.Work on Production Planning, MRP, Demand Management, and Shop Floor Control.Configure and support:Material Requirements Planning (MRP)BOMWork CentersRoutingsProduction VersionsProduction OrdersCapacity PlanningSchedulingSupport production order creation, release, confirmation, and closure processes.Analyze and resolve production planning and execution issues.Support integration of SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, and other relevant modules.

5+ years of relevant SAP PP/QM experience.Strong experience in end-to-end implementation projects.Excellent understanding of manufacturing and quality-management processes.Strong SAP configuration and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams.Strong documentation and presentation skills.Experience working with distributed or remote project teams.
