SAP PP Consultant

Job Overview :We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) Consultant with strong implementation and support experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Production Planning, MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, and Production Orders.Key ResponsibilitiesWork on SAP S/4HANA PP implementation and support projects.Configure and support Production Planning and Manufacturing processes.Handle MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.Configure and maintain:Bill of Materials (BOM)RoutingWork CentersProduction VersionsProduction OrdersConfigure and support end-to-end SAP PP processes.Integrate SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, and EWM modules.Analyze business requirements and provide effective production planning solutions.Support business process improvements and production planning enhancements.Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.Perform testing, defect resolution, and end-user support.Participate in implementation, rollout, Go-Live, and production support activities.Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely solutions.Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams.

SAP PP experience with strong S/4HANA implementation exposure.Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA PP.Expertise in:Production PlanningMRPDemand ManagementCapacity PlanningShop Floor ControlBOMRoutingWork CentersProduction OrdersStrong knowledge of integration with MM, SD, QM, and EWM.Experience in SAP implementation, support, testing, and production troubleshooting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
