WE ARE HIRINGMachine Operator- Grocery Packing/Officer. Purpose of the Role:. To operate and maintain grocery packing machines (rice, wheat, pulses, sugar, flour , etc.) ensuring smooth production, accurate packing, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:. Operate packing machines (weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, coding). Set up machines for different products/SKUs as per production plan and achieve the production target. Monitor packing line for correct weights, sealing quality, and labeling accuracy. Perform routine machine checks and basic and preventive maintenance. Report breakdowns or abnormalities to the maintenance team immediately. Ensure hygiene & safety standards during operations. Record daily production, downtime, and wastage details. Support quality team during in-process checks and audits. Manage a team of 5-6 team members and allocate the work as per their skill and ability, plan their continuous training and upgrade. Candidate Profile:. Experience: 2+ Years. Gender: Male. Industry: Preferably from FMCG, Bakery, Dairy, Grocery or any Food Industry. Qualification: ITI or Diploma(Mechanical, Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Mechanist and Electrical) Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
