SAP PM Consultant (Plant Maintenance)

Job Title: SAP PM Consultant (Plant Maintenance) Company: Brace Infotech Private Limited Job Category: SAP PM Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Consultant to implement, configure, support, and enhance SAP Plant Maintenance solutions. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of maintenance management, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, equipment management, maintenance planning, and integration with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities * Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) functionalities based on business requirements. * Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications. * Configure maintenance plants, maintenance planning plants, work centers, planner groups, and maintenance activity types. * Manage technical objects, including functional locations and equipment master data. * Configure and support maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, and work order processing. * Implement preventive maintenance strategies, maintenance plans, task lists, and maintenance scheduling. * Support corrective, breakdown, emergency, and planned maintenance processes. * Configure maintenance order types, order status management, scheduling, costing, and settlement processes. * Support spare parts planning, material reservations, goods issues, and goods receipts for maintenance orders. * Integrate SAP PM with MM, FI/CO, PP, and other relevant SAP modules. * Perform unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing. * Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals. * Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional support. * Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects. * Support end\-user training and continuous process improvement. * Hands\-on experience in SAP PM configuration and implementation or support. * Strong understanding of plant maintenance and asset management business processes. * Experience with maintenance notifications, maintenance orders, and order lifecycle management. * Knowledge of equipment and functional location master data. * Experience with preventive maintenance plans, task lists, and maintenance strategies. * Understanding of maintenance order scheduling, costing, and settlement. * Knowledge of spare parts management and integration with SAP MM. * Understanding of SAP PM integration with FI/CO and other relevant modules. * Experience in requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and issue resolution.
