SAP PM Consultant

This SAP PM Consultant role at EY involves providing functional support for SAP Plant Maintenance across various regions for global clients. You will provide day-to-day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, and change management. Daily responsibilities include handling change requests with clear understanding of new business requirements, defect resolution and defect analysis related to PM, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements. You will develop and maintain documentation including configuration, user guides, and test scripts, and participate in on-call rotation and shift work as required. The team also values individuals who can adapt quickly to new tools and evolving business requirements.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in related technology field with 3+ years of experience in SAP PM preferably with Global client. Good experience in SAP Plant Maintenance activities including Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Refurbishment, and Warranty Claim Processing is required. Experience in integration of plant maintenance with MM, QM, and PP is essential. SAP Certification in SAP PM is preferred. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
