SAP PM - Consultant

Job Title: SAP PM - Consultant Company: Careernet SAP Module: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end SAP SCM projects from planning and initiation through implementation, Go-Live, and hypercare. * Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables. * Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams across SCM and related SAP modules. * Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables. * Manage project governance, status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication. * Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, integration, testing, and business teams. * Manage SIT, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live support activities. * Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and drive timely resolution. * Coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams where applicable. * Ensure project deliverables meet agreed scope, timeline, quality, and governance standards. * Support SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and transformation programs. * Experience working with SAP ERP and/or S/4HANA environments. * Strong understanding of SAP implementation and project delivery lifecycles. * Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple project stakeholders. * Strong experience in risk, issue, dependency, resource, and timeline management. * Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare activities. * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project governance skills.
