Join our I\&J Trawling Division in the Waterfront, Cape Town as a SAP PM ADMINISTRATOR and play a key role in managing the planning board for assigned vessels on a daily basis ensuring compliance and deadlines are met resulting in zero errors or defaults from Superintendent and vessel feedback. * Reports to: Planning Manager * Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Superintendents. * Record keeping for both vessel and workshops. * Providing Administrative Support to Workshop Foreman. * Ordering of equipment and other resources. * SAP – Plant Maintenance * MS Office * Vessel Systems * Stores Management (MRP) Work Location: Cape Town, WC, South Africa Availability: Full time

Experience that set you up for success: * Minimum 5 years maintenance and project planning administrative experience in a workshop or engineering environment.
