SAP PLM Functional Consultant

Job Title: SAP PLM Functional Consultant Company: Maitri Global Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Job description Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP PLM design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PLM functional specifications. Support end\-to\-end product development and lifecycle processes, including engineering change management, document management, BOM management, and variant configuration. Knowledge / experience of using PLMSI component in S4 to integrate external PLM data. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to improve product data management and process efficiency. Integrate SAP PLM with related SAP modules such as SAP MM, PP, SD, and QM. Provide support for data migration, system enhancements, and production issue resolution. Drive workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions. Ensure solutions align with automotive industry standards and best practices. Prepare documentation, training materials, and user support guides. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Required Qualifications : 1-3 years of experience in SAP PLM consulting or implementation , Strong hands\-on experience with SAP PLM processes and configuration, Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing environment, Good understanding of engineering and product development processes, Knowledge of BOM, document management, change management, and material master integration ,Experience with SAP integration across functional modules, Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast\-paced environment. Skills : Mandatory Skills : MFG PLM Advanced (ECTR\CAD Integration\-Receipe Development\-3DVE\-EPD\-HDM\-Cloud DMS), MFG PLM Core (CAD Integration\-DMS\-ECM\-Archive Link\-FLM) * How many years of hands\-on experience do you have in SAP PLM? * Have you worked on SAP PLM Core components such as ECTR, CAD Integration, DMS, and ECM? * Which SAP PLM Advanced components have you worked on — 3DVE, Recipe Development, EPD, HDM, or Cloud DMS? * Have you worked in automotive or manufacturing projects involving BOM management, document management, and engineering change management? * What is current location? * Are you comfortable working in Bangalore location? * This is a contractual role.
