No. of interview round 2. Working Days Hybrid (2 WFO & 3 WFH). Job Summary. We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance processes. The candidate should have good knowledge of end-to-end plant maintenance processes and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities. Configure and support SAP PM processes based on business requirements. Handle Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, Task Lists, Work Centers, and Maintenance Plans. Configure and support Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, and Refurbishment processes. Manage Maintenance Notifications and Maintenance Orders. Configure order types, notification types, status profiles, scheduling, costing, and settlement. Work with Preventive Maintenance Plans, maintenance strategies, cycles, and scheduling. Support Equipment Master and Functional Location management. Configure Measuring Points, Counters, and Measurement Documents. Handle Spare Parts and Maintenance BOM processes. Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 SAP PM support. Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical/ABAP teams for enhancements. Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment. Analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions. Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process documentation. Coordinate with business stakeholders and other SAP functional teams.
