Job Title: SAP Order Management Solution Architect Company: Smith+Nephew Job Category: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: Role: SAP Order Management Solution Architect Location: Pune (Hybrid) We are seeking an SAP Order Management Solution Architect to design and deliver SAP solutions and customizations aligned with business requirements, while supporting and preparing for our strategic transition to SAP S/4HANA. Therefore, this role is both strategic and pivotal, playing a key part in enabling Smith \& Nephew's digital transformation and continued growth over the coming years. What will you be doing? * The Order Management Solution Architect is responsible for partnering with Business Process Owners to design and deliver Order to Cash solutions that meet business needs. * This role requires strong SAP OM/SD expertise, a solid understanding of complex multinational business processes, and experience delivering large\-scale global SAP implementations. * The ideal candidate combines strong solution architecture capabilities with the ability to drive business value through standardized, scalable, and efficient processes. * Define enterprise integration architecture aligned with SAP roadmap (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP etc.). * Collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into integration architecture designs. * Lead system integration architecture across SAP and third\-party applications. * Design end\-to\-end integration solutions using: SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Orchestration) SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Open Connectors). * Ensure integration scalability, high availability, and performance optimization. * Implement security protocols (OAuth, SAML, certificates, encryption). * Provide guidance during implementation and production support. * Troubleshoot complex integration issues and Lead root\-cause analysis and performance tuning. * Participates in SAP related projects (releases and/or rollouts) and conducts requirement gathering, fit/gap analysis, design and build activities. * Focus on continuous improvement, keeping up with industry and proactively advising the business of new capabilities that can help them support the company’s growth and strategy.
