Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description ------------------- * Master Data Management: Create, update, and maintain accurate master data (vendors, materials, services, WBS elements, cost centers), ensuring compliance with approval workflows and internal controls so that project procurement and billing are not delayed. * Project \& Site Coordination: Coordinate with project, procurement, logistics, finance, and site teams (including yard and marine operations) to capture material movements, subcontractor measurements/service entry sheets, and milestone\-based billing in SAP on time. * Reporting \& Reconciliation: Generate and share periodic MIS reports (PO status, GRN/invoice pendency, inventory, budget vs. actual by WBS), and support month\-end closing, vendor reconciliations, and audit queries with proper documentation. * Compliance, Support \& Process Improvement: Follow L\&T SOPs, statutory norms (GST, TDS, customs and import documentation), and data security protocols; raise and track issues with the SAP support/IT team, and suggest improvements to streamline workflows.
